Prepare your flight logs

One job per batch. Files are processed on your device.

Before you close the job

Upload each batch only once. The importer may reuse existing pilot, drone and battery assignments, so check every new record. A track preview does not establish that a flight stayed inside the approved area.

Flight Manager rounds individual durations and its headline total may undercount. Keep the manifest for exact flight seconds. The converter does not create sprayed-area polygons or allocate operation totals to individual flights.

If a batch will not convert

Report the problem in the closure report for the job in Flight Manager. Sync the flights using the XAG One app, then add each flight to the correct job using Flight Manager’s XAG URL import method. If any flights from the batch have already imported successfully, only add the missing flights to avoid duplicates.

THE PILOT WORKFLOW

From XAG to the job record

    Export from XAG

    Head to the XAG Management Platform and log in using your XAG login. Select the operations for one Flight Manager job. Bulk export both CSV and KML for the same selection, then unzip the two downloads. Keep the original filenames.

    Prepare the batch

    Select all the CSV files and their matching KML files below. Choose Review flights. The converter checks that the tracks match and the detected flight count agrees with XAG.

    Review and download

    Compare each flight’s count, UK dates, times and location with your XAG records. Confirm the review, then download the import ZIP. Unzip it to reveal the flights folder.

    Upload in Flight Manager

    Open the correct completed job, then Flight log - upload/import → AGRAS KML. Select every KML file inside the generated flights folder in one selection. Keep the generated filenames unchanged.

    Check the job record

    Check the number of new flights, dates, map tracks, pilot, drone and battery assignments. Compare the tracks with the approved site boundary. Save the manifest and original exports with your job records.
