ASPN · Bulk flight upload

Prepare XAG exports for Flight Manager’s AGRAS KML upload. Your selected flight files are processed on this device and are not sent to ASPN Hub.

1Select the exports

Open the XAG Management Platform and log in using your XAG login. Export CSV and KML for the same operations. Unzip both folders, then select each folder’s files below. Select only operations belonging to the job you will upload to.

Use the original CSV and KML exports. XLS summaries are not supported. Your original files are never changed.

2Review the flights

Select your matching CSV and KML files in step 1, then choose Review flights. Your flight list and track preview will appear here.

Flight boundaries are detected from the original CSV blocks and checked against the KML flight count. Confirm them against your XAG records. Missing seconds are retained as gaps; uncertain counts, overlapping blocks and gaps over 10 seconds stop conversion.

Flight tracks

North is up. This is a track preview, not an approval check. Match the location and approved boundary in Flight Manager. No altitude or sprayed-area polygon is inferred. I checked the flight count, times and location against XAG, and these flights belong to the intended job.

3Bulk upload in Flight Manager

Unzip the downloaded file.
Open the correct job → Flight log - upload/import → AGRAS KML.
Select all KML files inside the flights folder in one selection.
Check each pilot, drone and battery assignment. The importer may inherit the job’s existing assignments.
Check flight count, dates and map tracks against the approved site plan. Keep the accompanying manifest with the job records.

Upload each batch once: the current importer can create duplicates. It rounds displayed durations to 0.1 minutes, and its headline total may undercount them; use the manifest for exact seconds. Area and dosage values are operation totals, not individual-flight measurements.

Compatibility verified with the Flight Manager AGRAS importer on 5 September 2026. The date embedded in each filename follows that importer’s required convention; the manifest stores the original UTC times. Do not rename generated files.
